Welcome to Shine Pilates! A new reformer studio created from the heart, rooted right here in Reno. Shine was founded by two locals with a vision to create a space where Pilates feels personal, where people feel welcome no matter their age, stage, or experience level, and where movement is about more than exercise, it’s about authenticity, joy and community.
Group Classes
Our reformer-based group classes welcome up to 12 clients on state of the art studio reformers with towers. Thoughtful programming and the use of props like the Magic Circle, Pilates ball, and light hand weights create a dynamic, full-body experience designed to help you shine.
Private Sessions
Our private sessions offer a personalized Pilates experience tailored to your goals. Using the reformer, tower, and select props, each session is designed for focused, intentional movement and meaningful progress.
